She and her husband and pet dog "Jess" just moved into the complex back in March

Beavercreek structure fire, the Promenade apartment complex, building on Saffron Lane showing heavy flames and smoke coming from the top level of the three story a three   multi-family building , departments from Beavercreek, Fairborn, Riverside and Wright-Patterson AFB battle the 2-alarm fire. Beavercreek Fire chief Kip Smith stated the fire was the result of lighting strike, the building and contents are considered a total loss.
