Pastor Glenwood Morris of the St. Paul Community Church greets his assistant pastor Melvin Robinson before the beginning of the fundraiser for him at the Best Western Hotel in Riverhead Saturday afternoon. The Pastor was stricken after a routine surgery in August 2008 was paralized and blind for a while. His sight has returned but still needs to use a motorzied wheelchair to get around. His church struggles to pay his expenses so this week's fundraiser was the second one planned this year. Thanks to donations he is still able to pay the mortgage on his home in Ridge. He conducts Sunday services at the Best Western in Riverhead after moving from Flanders 3 years ago. Donations can be sent to St. Paul Community Church, P.O. Box 1953, Riverhead, N.Y. 11901
